I’m not a chef or a doctor. I’ve been through a long journey with food sensitivities, health issues, allergies, and even cancer recovery. At every stage, I had to change how I ate—and each time, I discovered what my body truly needed.
I’ve lived in Turkey, the USA, Singapore, India, and Israel. I learned how food can heal and support the body in each part. Now, I bring all that wisdom into my kitchen with simple, healthy, and satisfying recipes anyone can enjoy.
